I received the wrong item in my order. What should I do now?

Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item we sent you to shop@aestheticrevolution.com. We will immediately send you the correct item with a prepaid return label so that you can return the incorrect item.

How long will it take for Customer Service to respond?

You can expect a response within 1-3 business days. Our customer service team works Monday-Friday.

My tracking information says my package is being returned to sender. What steps can I take to have the package reshipped to me?

Please email customer service at shop@aestheticrevolution.com to let us know. We will take care of any issues with the address and reship your package.

I would like to edit my order, how do I do that?

Unfortunately, we can't edit an order once it has been placed. However, we can try to cancel your order before it ships so you can place another order with all the items you want. Please email your order number to shop@aestheticrevolution.com to cancel your order.

My tracking information says my package was delivered but I have not received my package. What do I do now?

On some occasions, the courier service may deliver your package late- please wait one business day to see if this is the case. If you have waited a sufficient amount of time, please email shop@aestheticrevolution.com for further instructions. Please note that once the package is in the care of the courier, delivery is their responsibility. We cannot guarantee any courier as their schedule, work ethic, employees and delivery are completely out of our control.

Where’s my exchange?

Please allow 3-7 business days from the day that we receive your package at our warehouse for us to process and complete your return or exchange. You will be alerted by email when your exchange or return has been completed. For international returns/exchanges, please allow up to 7-10 days to process your return once we have received your item/s at our warehouse.

What’s the best way to find out about restocked items?

The best way to stay tuned is to follow us on our Instagram, Facebook and sign up for our mailing list. Also, to be notified about specific items, on the page on our website with the item you are interested in, you can enter your email address and be notified when that specific item gets restocked.

What’s the best way to wash my ASRV gear?

For the best care, we recommend washing on cold, or warm and tumble dry or hang dry.

What does ASRV stand for?

ASRV stands for All Season Recreation Versatility.

What about International taxes and duties?

Taxes and duties incurred by each country on imported items are the customer's responsibility. Custom fees are based on the total value of the products entering your country.
