Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from ASRV, you can return it for a Refund, Store Credit or Size Exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer free returns for Store Credit and Size Exchanges (Domestic Only). A small restocking fee will be applied to Returns. 

*No restocking fee for Exchanges or Store Credit.

Return Conditions

Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags.

Items must be returned in the condition they were packaged and sent. Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted. Items that smell like they have been washed will not be accepted. Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant markings or other stains will not be accepted.

No returns or exchanges on facemasks, face coverings, balaclavas, leggings, underwear, facemasks, shorts with liners, or socks.

All marked down sale items are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on marked down sale items.

 

U.S. Returns and Exchanges

Please submit a return or exchange request at our  Returns & Exchanges Center. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return your item for a refund or exchange. If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping within 7-14 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse. If you are exchanging a product we will issue you store credit within 7-14 business days after we receive the product in exchangeable condition at our warehouse.

International Returns and Exchanges

To initiate an international return or exchange, please email support@asrv.com and include your order number, name(s) of product(s) you are returning/exchanging, the size you are exchanging for and the reason for the return/exchange along with a photo of the item(s). Please make sure to include the following in the email subject line: INTERNATIONAL RETURN/EXCHANGE ORDER # (your order number). 

If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping once we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse. If you are exchanging a product, we will issue you store credit that is redeemable immediately once the product arrives at our warehouse in returnable condition. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on international shipping or customs and duties charges.
 

*Please note, if you use a forwarding shipping service to receive your order, we are not responsible for any damaged or stolen goods.
